Prime minister Taur Matan Ruak expressed his gratefulness to the Australian government and people for their help and solidarity, especially as Australia is also facing a Covid-19 outbreak.
He also apologized to his Australian counterpart for not visiting Australia in April because of the pandemic and promised to reschedule the visit for another occasion.
